Once the shopping cart has been used and items order sent to us you should receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within 72 hours of the order. Shipment would then follow unless a futher email/ communication with you is needed prior to shipping! If not received please check your bulk e-mail or junk folder, as a spam/ junk mail filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box. Buyer is expected to pay all taxes that might apply, shipping, duties & handling / packaging expenses. (Taxes may apply if you reside in Illinois). Shipping is based on zip code from and to, and weight. A minimum of $3 will be charged for handling and packaging to cover those expenses. This fee may very from item to item depending on the shipping / packaging requirements. Our shipping, handling & packing fees are designed only to cover those costs. We will try to ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation and clearing. This is based on orders being shipped to US and Canada. Seven day Return Policy

Upon delivery, please examine, use and determine that the item is as stated right away! Do not let it sit and the after a week check it. You must contact us; get our authorization for a return; make the necessary arrangements for it’s return within seven days after receiving it.
